What You Need and Why
Hardware
At a minimum you'll need a PC with the following:
- Pentium III, 500 MHz processor
- 128 MB of RAM
- 10 GB hard drive
- CD-ROM drive
- Sound card and speakers
- 56K modem
If you are planning on buying a new computer, we recommend the following
as a reasonable system:
- Pentium 4 2.0 GHz processor
- 256 MB of RAM
- 80 GB hard drive
- CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive
- Sound card and speakers
- 56K modem
