The Nursing Building

The Nursing Building is the white four story building located on the North campus between the Salmon Library, Roberts Hall, and Spragins Hall. (View driving directions or campus map)
Entrances are located on the South East end facing Holmes Avenue, on the North East with a path leading down to Spragins Hall, and in the middle on the North West side facing Roberts Hall. Stairways are located by each entrance. Only the middle stairway gives access to the LRC on the 4th floor. An elevator is also located next to the middle entrance. Handicapped parking spaces are located at Roberts Hall and in the Holmes Avenue parking lot.

Restrooms are located at the far end of each floor. A handicap accessible restroom is located on the North East end of the second floor.

First Floor: Classrooms
Classrooms are located on the first floor. Rooms 101 to 104 and 106 to 109 have movable partitions allowing them to be divided differently for events such as Let's Pretend Hospital and the Health Fair. Typically the rooms are configured as four rooms. Two large rooms 104 (consisting of 102, 103, and 104) and 109 (consisting of 107, 108, and 109) and then 101 and 106 as smaller classrooms. Second Floor: Administrative Offices
Administrative offices are located on the second floor. The Office of the Dean is located in NB210, adjacent to the elevator. The Office of Undergraduate Programs is located in room NB207 (formerly Student Affairs) and the Office of Graduate Programs is located in room NB202, both are in the corridor across from the elevator. Third Floor: Faculty Offices
Faculty offices are located on the third floor. A listing of faculty contact information is here. The Faculty Secretaries' Office is room NB338 on the North side of the building. Click on the image above for a detailed floor plan.
Fourth Floor: Learning Resource Center (LRC)
The Learning Resource Center (LRC) houses all audio-visual and skills equipment for the needs of the College. It is available to nursing students for independent study and group learning activities.
